Description

Sublimated Uniform Design Deposit is required to get started on any custom sublimation order. We will create your artwork and send you a proof. The $50 deposit will be credited to the balance on any order placed within 2 weeks of design. After which the deposit is nonrefundable.

Our official lead time is 2-weeks from artwork approval! (read on)

Steps in the Order Process
  • Initial Inquiry – you call or email us and we talk about your needs
  • Artwork Design – graphic designers interpret your request and send you mock-up
  • Artwork Approval – you and your team review and approve. Be careful no changes allowed once approved
  • Submitting sizes, names and numbers – the order cannot be submitted without a complete list. Be sure that if submitting names they are in the proper case (usually upper) and of course spelled correctly
  • Production – factory produces your fully custom uniform or apparel in 2-weeks (Rush production may be available for an additional fee).
  • Delivery – allow 2 – 7  days for product to arrive depending on location

Shipping Policy

Items in stores will ship in accordance with the store production schedule. Typically orders are collected for 2 - 3 weeks and then delivered 2 - 3 weeks after published order window or store closure. For year round stores, orders are collected Saturday - Friday and will ship within 7 - 10 business days.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 

Impress Athletix, LLC we will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order delivery date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Order Number and contact us through our contact form or by calling customer service. 

* Defective by the manufacturer (printing, seams, holes, etc.). Errors on the part of the purchaser are not covered by this policy. Impress Athletix is not responsible for customers ordering the wrong, size, color or typographical errors.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may only be cancelled prior to the closing of the order window if notified in writing prior to production beginning.
