Center for Disease Control (CDC) Advisory

CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies) especially in areas of Significant community-based transmission. Shipping Policy

Items in stores will ship in accordance with the store production schedule. Typically orders are collected for 2 - 3 weeks and then delivered 2 - 3 weeks after published order window or store closure. For year round stores, orders are collected Saturday - Friday and will ship within 7 - 10 business days.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 

Impress Athletix, LLC we will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order delivery date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Order Number and contact us through our contact form or by calling customer service. 

* Defective by the manufacturer (printing, seams, holes, etc.). Errors on the part of the purchaser are not covered by this policy. Impress Athletix is not responsible for customers ordering the wrong, size, color or typographical errors.
